1. Retail Profits over Wholesale Costs

Order product from your own website at wholesale and then sell it in person for a retail profit - or send people directly to your own replicating website where they can order at retail. The company collects their payment - ships the product for you and then pays you the difference in profit in your weekly check.

3. Binary Pay Line Bonus
Binary means you must have two (2) Sales Teams producing volume to be able to be paid on this part of the pay plan. In almost every case there will be one sales team that has more volume in it than the other. The payout on this volume is dictated by how much volume is produced in the weaker of the two (2) Sales Teams. On each weekly pay cycle the computer looks at the volume of both sales teams, it then subtracts the total volume of the weaker sales team and then subtracts that same amount from the stronger sales team, leaving any extra volume in the stronger sales team to be rolled over to the next weekly pay cycle.

If you have generated at least $50 of personal volume for the month, the computer will multiply the sales volume from both sales teams that has been subtracted by 2 1/2% and that will be your Binary Payline Bonus for that cycle.

If you have generated at least $100 of personal volume for the month, the computer will multiply the sales volume from both sales teams that has been subtracted by 5% and that will be your Binary Payline Bonus for that cycle.

Example: 5000 volume points in the strong sales team and 3000 volume points in the weaker sales team.  3000 is subtracted from the weaker team leaving 0 for the next pay cycle and 3000 volume points is subtracted from the stronger sales team leaving 2000 volume points to start next weeks pay cycle. That volume added together equals 6000 volume points. The 2 1/2% or the 5% will be multiplied by the 6000 volume points to calculate the Binary Payline Bonus amount for the week.

That is actually how it is done - but most people like to figure it the easy way by just multiplying the weaker sales team volume by 10% to get the same figure for managers and above, knowing that the volume is being subtracted from both sales teams.
